Client Relations Staff

Our receptionists are available to assist you with scheduling appointments, checking vaccination status, refilling prescriptions, messages to the doctor and other administrative needs. These team members are a valuable resource and your link to your veterinarian. Our client relations team takes pride in assisting you with your pet care needs. 


Registered Veterinary Technicians

Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) have specialized education, on the job experience, and have passed a national and state exam to obtain their licenses. They must attend Continuing Education courses annually to maintain their licenses. These skilled professionals monitor anesthesia, assist with surgery, collect laboratory specimens, place catheters, take radiographs, perform dental cleanings and extractions, and assist the veterinarians in the medical care of your pets (much like a Registered Nurse assists the physician). Many of our RVTs obtained their licenses while working here full time. We are proud of our highly trained staff.
 

Veterinary Assistants

Our Veterinary Assistants are an integral part of our support staff team. They administer treatments, hold patients for procedures and care, assist with radiographs, assist with surgical prep and surgeries, aid in recovering surgical patients, do laboratory work, and assist the RVTs and Veterinarian in the medical care of your pet.
 

Animal Caretakers

Our Animal Caretakers are the "hands on" caregivers for hospitalized pets. These caring team members feed, exercise, clean, maintain a sanitary environment and give lots of TLC to pets requiring hospitalization. They also keep our hospital clean, well stocked and running smoothly.
